Experience

Commencing in the legal profession in 1991, Bruce worked for three firms before beginning as a sole legal practitioner on 1st January 1998. With vast experience in all areas of law in both litigation and commercial business, Bruce holds expertise in criminal, quasi-criminal jurisdictions (eg dividing fence disputes and restraining orders), building and construction law, liability and commercial matters. Spending five years in the New South Wales Police Force, including police prosecutions, Bruce genuinely has an array of experience from his 15 year association with the legal industry.

Experience

John commenced his legal career as a Barrister in England in 1997 and was a tenant in Chambers in both London and Cardiff until his arrival in Australia in mid 2003. He specialised in the areas of personal injury and family law. John commenced work with BHA in mid 2004 and was responsible for developing the family law department to its current size where it now accounts for one third of the firms turnover. John's career at the Bar has held him in good stead as an excellent communicator and advocate and has subsequently led him to qualifying as an Accredited Mediator.
